BODIES OF THREE PROGRESO SIBLINGS FOUND; TAKEN BY MILITARY, GRUPO HERCULES FORMED BY MAYOR LETICIA SALAZAR

By Juan Montoya
The bodies of two brothers and a sister from Progreso, Texas, reportedly abducted by the Mexican marines and a paramilitary group formed by the Mayor of Matamoros have reportedly been found dumped in a ditch near El Control, Tamaulipas along with a known assistant to a state police comandante with ties to organized crime.
Meanwhile, their mother says that she has been looking for their whereabouts since October 13 when the Grupo Hercules detained them and took their vehicles after a shootout between armed gunmen and the military.
Raquel Alvarado said her daughter Erica, 26, and sons Alex, 23, and Jose Angel, 22, were last seen in the custody of El Grupo Hercules and Mexican marines.
They were in company of a man named El Negro, allegedly Erica's boyfriend and well-known in criminal circles as working for a state police commander.
Ever since they disappeared, their mother and family mmebers have beent racing their wherabouts without any success.
The family say that they found the two cars being used by the three in an impound lot belonging to Luis Biasi, the secretary of Social Development for Mayor Leticia Salazar. The family said that no one – not the military nor the Grupo Hercules – were unable to tell them where their sons and daughter were.
When the family arrived to claim the vehicles, they said that a force of Grupo Hercules paramilitary soldiers arrived to intimidate them and warned them to leave.
According to unofficial sources, members of the Grupo Hercules and Mexican marines arrested and beat the three after an intense shootout between government forces and armed criminals.
The sources say that the four – including the comandante's employee – were taken to a military camp where they were questioned and beaten for days. After they had gotten all the information they could from them, they say, they were let go and then in turn they were taken by the comandante's men and tortured to find out what they had told the government.
When they were satisfied that they could get no more information from the four, the sources say that the four were killed and dumped in a ditch on the side of the rural road.
The FBI is reportedly investigating the case but would not confirm that the bodies of the four persons found were those of the two brothers and sister and the comandante's employee.
It is unknown what role the Matamoros mayor, Biasi, or the Grupo Hercules had in the apprehension and questioning of the deceased.

You cross that pinche river and you are likely not to come back. You are one somebody"s list of people to kidnap, kill or torture. Like these kids, you might be on more than one list.

There is not a single honest and just politician, public official, cop, or military person in that whole goddamn country. Throw in gangs of thugs, killers and thieves and there you have it.

The slime has oozed it's way into Texas and set up shop here as well. So carry a gun, watch your front and back and stay in populated public areas. Avoid country roads and poor areas of town. Stay out of bars and other places of low repute.

Do all of this and there is a good chance you will have another birthday. Play in the slime or cross the pinche river and you are on your own with only God to help you and He doesn't cross the river these days much either.

Young people think they are bullet proof and life on the edge is fun. But this bunch found out that life on the edge is not fun and they are not bullet proof.

Sadly, their peers won't learn form this, and there be more bodies decomposing in a ditch somewhere in Mexico.

Luis Biasi is corrupt!!!!

A true American!!! said...

Is this surprising in the land of corruption? You got some wanna be hard core dike looking bitch dressing up like she is Castro and to be all mayor of Matamoros. She has a private group of thugs protecting her? If they indeed were responsible for the kidnapping and possible deaths? Do you really think that authorities will go after them or her, if she knew about it? Its Mexico and money talks! I am just surprised that Mexico actually let the father ID the bodies. There are other US citizens who were killed and never ID'd because the Mexican authorities don't want that type of exposure. I know that money has been paid to try and get families from the US to ID their family members either by DNA or other means but can't? I feel for the family of these four but Justice will not be done! The drug cartels and dirty money grubbing politicians control Mexico and the media.
