Make that three dismissals within the space of three working days in the prosecution of the so-called Operation Dirty Deeds.
On Friday, the Cameron County District Attorney’s Office dismissed the case against Jose Mireles, who served as a lieutenant with the Cameron County Tax Assessor-Collectors Office.
Also on that day, charges were also dropped on former tax investigator Pedro Garza Jr.
And just today we have learned that the D.A.'s Office dropped charges against tax office dealer/notary supervisor Omar Sanchez-Paz August 23, today.
Mireles was arrested in January with County Tax Assessor-Collector Tony Yzaguirre Jr., Garza Jr. and Sanchez-Paz.
Charges are still pending against Yzaguirre, and Claudia Elisa Sanchez, who was later arrested in connection with “Operation Dirty Deeds.”

These arrest should have never taken place. The charges brought up on these individuals were excessive and ludicrous. They DA office believed the word of a convicted felon in order to secure an arrest warrant. There is no INTEGRITY in the office if the DA. When a person uses and abuses his power for his own personal vendetta, all the citizens of the county she be scared. One of SATAN'S favorite weapons to use is FEAR and the DA uses FEAR tactics to try to manipulate and control people to go along with their games and spread their corruption. This DA needs to be investigated for his abuse of power. He has further tarnished our county....the same corruption that existed with Villalobos continues with this administration!

LMFAO Saenz's witch hunt is starting to bite him in the ass. When you read the affidavits you can clearly see discrepancies and a statements that seems that they came out of a cheap mafia movie. This was a bogus case from the get go and I think Porky Saenz knew it.
By the way if anyone is stupid enough to think that they walked because they threw Yzaguirre under the bus... stop watching movies dismissals don't work like that, if you get immunity in a case it will be put on record.
