AT MUNICIPAL COURT, BAEZ GONE AS THE DIRECTOR... AGAIN

By Juan Montoya

Well, he's gone again.
We're speaking of Municipal Court Administrator Roberto Baez, who before had been suspended with pay by the city administration for allegedly participating in a scheme to circumvent the City Charter, pulling municipal court employees out from under the supervision of the court and placing them into a new city department, likely named "Court Services."

Sources say that this time city manager Charlie Cabler – who had placed him temporarily in the Human Resources department until Chief Municipal Judge Ben Neece retired – apparently was miffed when Baez was messing around with the staff's overtime pay.

Before, Baez had, along with City Secretary Michael Lopez, tried to sneak the administrative changes past Neece, waiting until the judge left town on vacation. When Neece learned of the scheme, he threatened the administration with getting a restraining order issued by a court.

But when Neece retired at the end of 2017, Cabler gave Baez his old job back.
This time the alleged offenses attributed to Baez were even too much for Cabler. An interim administrator has been appointed from among the staff.

Who's the interim - that fuckin' Hasse? Bullshit, juan!

Hasse fingered Baez. Heard it from a very reliable source.

Some people never learn

Anonymous said...

Baez is the only one to blame

Hasse needs to at least buy a new pair of shoes before he can run any department. He walks around municipal court with old, torn, nasty stinking shoes. A shower would help!

Someone needs to tell Tad he has a tattle tail brown stain in the seat of his khaki's . Here's a word you can Google Tad." Hygiene" Have a little pity for your Co-workers you nasty, NASTY MAN. (we can still live with your un-ironed clothes however)

Agree with anonymous 10 47 the only one to blame es Baez,
he needs to learn to take responsibility of his actions

Instead of bitching about Tad why dont you mention how big an asshole Baez is??? I rather have Tad as my boss anytime than this turd. I'll bet if you worked under Baez you would be begging Tad to be your fuk!&% boss.

Thank goodness Baez and his trench mouth is gone for good! Tic tacs Baez!

Hasse needs to go. IS HE NOW A health risk to fellow employees? Help, Cabler!

This article is about Baez, he is the one who is responsible for this mess

Anybody know exactly what he did?

Baez is just upset at the rumor that he had hemmoroids. I can vouch that neither Hasse nor any other co-workers spread it. But he thinks it was Tad. Truth be told, the only reason that rumor was started was because he had Preparation H in his vehicle that he later said was a "friend's".

He was born!

I know he did more shit than what is reported...for now he was shelved at the finance department until he messes up again and then be hopefully fired. Michael Lopez is a bigger kiss ass and he will be next to fall from his high horse.

No one likes Baez because he walks around strutting like the COPS "Bad Boys" theme song is on. One day he wants to play cop and another day he walks around wanting to play judge. Never cared for him really

WTF WOULD PREPARATION-H be doing in his car if it belongs to a "FRIEND"? Makes no sense. There's no shame in having GRANOS en el culiacan. Alot of people develop them with stress. Baez no te preocupes. POWER TO DON GRANITOS!

What exactly did he do that he was taken out of Municipal Court again? I would rather have him as a boss than Hasse. He has done more for his employees than previous Administrators

Another lame huevos like Baez

What exactly did he do for the employees that wasn't done from previous administrators? Cherry picking certain employees (pets) for raises and others who were there longer & more deserving were passed over is not doing more for his employees. Instead of talking out of your a$$! Please tell us what he did for his employees????
