I a sane world the meeting would be to discuss a small carton of milk way in the back of the fridge that is long past it's expiration date. Just a sad statement on the effects of long incumbentcy.

So, UTB-TSC is on the block in Austin before any local discussions and public inputs. Sounds like Juliet has decided and has used her Kardenas Klan techniques to make it a done-deal even before there is any discussion at the local level. The very fact that UT Systems is discussion this before local inputs offers us a good view of the heavy handed nature of this proposed "deal" to turn over TSC to UT rule. The only winner is Juliet...perhaps her plan all along. We would hope that Trustees Robles, Lozano and Oliviera will get their heads out of Juliet's ass long enough to think about the citizens of this community. We need a community college and the essence of "community college" is local control...to protect our tax dollars and insure its use for local or "community" benefit. We don't want Austin dictating the use of "our" dollars.
