WE SHOULD BE WORRIED

We should be worried

that the cockroaches are dead
And no cricket chirps at dusk

to hear the brittle crunch
of bee carcasses
underfoot,
That the lightning bugs went dark

and that only vultures fly

That
skeletal cicadas are mute
and that pale fishes float,
Bloated and

face up in our putrid seas

A nuclear attack would be worse.

Based on my daily Tlacuache roadkill sightings, I conclude that the wildlife ecosystem is thriving.

Microplastics, mercury, heavy metals and airborne chemicals and toxins are everywhere. The EPA was abolished and regulations overturned. Our children and grandkids will have to live in the cesspool they will inherit. Devastating.

The EPA continues to existence. Where did you hear it was abolished?

Tlacuaches are not given enough credit. They are good creatures.

6:47 You are correct. The EPA is still around. It's only been defanged and neutered.

The EPA had it's balls cut off.

They (Trump, CEO and investors) want this refinery operating by 2029. Close your eyes, imagine looking below at our delta and imagine how harmonious Heavy Industry and our environment will be?

What politicians are going to fight against this? Where are these angels?

This current election should have been about our environment and Heavy Industry not a pissing contest. The only thing I've learned about this election is - we're on our own, there is no community, and our politicians have manufactured hesitant consent but it is consent.

It's unfortunate but it's either jobs or the environment.

We should have voted for it instead it's imposed.
