Ugliness has reared its hideous face once again in the nasty dog-catfight for the Distinct 2 seat on the City of Brownsville commission.

mmissioner Charlie Atkinson when he was booked on a dri
ving while intoxicated charge by the Department of Public Safety in November 2007.Additionally a frozen frame of Charlie as he is stopped by the DPS is pictured on the mail out taken from a YouTube site.Atkinson, whose opponent Zeke Silva was disqualified from running in the election by the state, has also fired back at Tetreau and provided evidence which he claims disqualifies her from running in the district because she lives with her husband at the Brownsville Country Club.
In a packet distributed by the Atkinson camp, Facebook messages sent by Tetrau to her "friends" indicate that she was living there as last as last month. Additionally, a police report of alleged domestic violence at the same address has her reporting the San Marcelo address as her home.
Indeed, the volatile nature of her domestic relationship has resulted in numerous reports filed with the police over the past five or six years.
Tetreau outlines Atkinson's employment woes with his employer (U.S. Customs) as "career scandals" and lists "questionable deals and Special Interests." She lists, among other things, Atkinson's support of city subsidies amounting to $2.5 million for Fly Frontera Airlines and alleges that the company was "led" by a CONVICTED FELON and cited a BEDC report calling the company's financial standing "abysmal."
It also asks why the Brownsville Sports Park budget rose from $10 million to $35 million and asks "WHERE DID THE EXTRA $25 MILLION GO?"
Now, we know that Fly Frontera's president is not Quintanilla but rather Jim Gallagher of Public Charters and that Quintanilla, who overcame his criminal record and has gone on to organize an effective grassroots organization (Accion America), was merely his spokesman.
And if Tetreau really wants to know where the EXTRA $20 MILLION went, we're sure that invoices and records of the multiple change orders are easily available at City Hall.
But these are the elections and everything that can be fudged will be.
Her campaign address, buy the way, is listed as 15 Heather Lane, her parents' address.
Tetreau is not "making nice" with the mail out and we can only imagine how uglier things will get as the May 14 election approaches. In this election, it appears that the eventual winner will be the one that can make their opponent look the ugliest.

Excuse me, but the real question here is just who is Jessica tetreau,and from under what rock did she crawl out of? Nobody knows this woman who claims to live in two houses at the same time, how she manages that, its now well known she keeps one house where she lives with her husband, and then she uses her parent's house to pretend she lives in a district where she just does not belong, what kind of corruption is this?
The laws against using fraudulent addresses to qualify for a district are clearly outlined and unless Tetreau can show tax receipts or home ownership, I dont' know how it can be so easy to commit fraud in Cameron County, maybe that is why it was easy for a bunch of lawyers to put in office a corrupt district judge, who was to know? the lawyers like dogs, won't bite each other, nor tell on each other, so how was the public to know?
But as we know, greed knows no boundaries and in the end its all about greed, they did not have enough with charging people large percentages for monies lawyers collect from clients, they wanted more,,,,,,,,,,,,and put on the bench a judge they could count on would help them get rich,,,,,,this is more than fraud, this is red handed greed by lawyers we trusted when we voted for them as state representatives, like Jim Solis, a professional adult in his full senses when he committed the crimes he did, to have Eddie Lucio say he "is going to pray for him? For what the prayers Mr. Lucio, to get him off the hook after he betrayed the system the people and the county?
Doesn't her driver's license indicate that she lives in District 2?

Atkinson is a piece of work!
In high school, he was the kid that would run back to the car carrying a 12-pack, telling everyone to haul ass. He's the guy that would charge table dances to a secret credit card and dispute the charges. He's the guy that would screw the non-union employees when writing a labor contract, and then blame it on the union employees to deflect his stupidity.
The guy is a mental midget, and knows nothing about how to manage anything, much less his district. Charlie doesn't even know how to hold down a job, having been fired from his job multiple times.
God help us if he wins again! Expect continued spending at the Sportspark, while forsaking all other parts of the city. Expect the return of a Fly Frontera proposal, where no competitive bidding will take place. Expect him to champion projects by bullying them past GBIC committee members. Expect more cheating, stealing, and corruption.
All these comments say how inept Charlie is but all of Jessica´s supporters fail to disclose her qualifications or what would be her value added to the city. I tend to respect a man that can keep a wife more than a woman who uses the police department for her marital problems. If she cannot get along with her husband what good can she do in politics where the tendency is not to get along? Will she call the cops in the middle of a city meeting? Or will she start to cry? This woman seems like a devil in angels costume. Her own husband has to defend himself to the cops because of this vindictive bitch. What is she capable of doing to everyone else?
You forgot to mention how Mr. Fatkin-scam is accusing her mother who is battling stage 3 breast cancer of "faking it." Don't worry, we know where the money went and exactly how it "left." She is not as dumb as you may think ;)

Petraca, Saavedra, Holloway, American Security, etc..etc...ALL GETTING STUFF FROM CHARLIE....ALL HIGH SCHOOL BUDDIES... Wake the fuck up.
