APPARENTLY, AEOROMEXICO COMING TO BROWNSVILLE IS A DONE DEAL

(Ed.'s note: The initiation of regional air service to Monterrey with connections to Tampico, Mexico City, and the interior of Mexico is on, according to this email sent to the Mexican consul's contact list. While no one disputes the necessity of providing this service to the violence-wracked areas on northern Mexico, questions still linger on the arrangements between the City of Brownsville and the airline.)

Charlie would be happy to have an airline even if it is AeroMexico. Amazing how tables were turned and everybody just took it from the New Mayor. That is transparency. Let's see what the incentives will be, there will be I am sure.

Happy with limited services and higher fares on a temporary basis Brownsville is not a winner and we will see how much incentives Aeromexico will receive from the City of Brownsville.

Shut up naysayers. don't kick a gift horse in the mouth. No city incentives. Ever. Never.
