That said...when articles like the one that came out in yesterdays paper come out...don't take it for face value and ask questions if you have them...don't run to a blog and make accusations that you don't know if true or untrue. The fact of the matter is that the article itself is a direct vendetta towards my father.
Emma Perez Trevino...doesn't like my father...she never has...and that's fine...but she uses her profession to attack him...and I am putting my foot down because it is not right. She has been contacting us for weeks requesting information and I provided information to her. But...as usual...you give someone an inch and they want a mile...she began requesting information that frankly is private company information.
Why does she think that she has the right to that kind of information. She asked for everything under the sun short of a blood and urine sample...she is ridiculous...and frankly i'm quite sick of her tyrade (sic).
The proper legal action is being considered and and will be taken against her. The fact is that I own this company... Anyone who truly knows our family knows this...yes the company has gone through name changes over the years...I would implore you or Emma Perez Trevino to show me where in the books that is illegal?
I submitted a valid bid to the county and won...obviously the county thought that my company was going to provide the best value to them at the time. We have provided excellent service to the county and pay the county a 27% commission on sales..as per the contract.
You know... I don't only have a contract with the county... I have a contract with UTB and with Hidalgo County as well...why...because I run a professional reputable business that is capable to handle these types of contracts. Now as to your assertion if there is a conflict....Why is there a conflict...I OWN THE COMPANY...I won the bid...BEFORE my dad even won his election in March of 2010...
I as you know am running for office but that election is still 7 months away...and if I am fortunate enough to win....I won't take office until later that year....AFTER my contract exprires with the county...so is there a conflict?...no...if you think there is...please explain...Jim...don't believe everything you hear...

Your daddy is a slug and a self promoter who would throw citizens under a bus to achieve his nefarious political goals. He doesn't know what it means to be a public servant.....he tends to practice "pubic" politics like the other pendejos. If he wants to balance the county budget, he should start by cutting out the costs of those self promoting signs his maintenance men are putting up in Precinct 2. Using our tax dollars to promote himself. If he will do that, he will hide ownership of the vending company. Ernie Hernandez is a DICK!
How many time in the past thirty years has her father gotten away with in my opinion corruption. Do you remember the wrecker rotation while his uncle Emilio Hernandez was the mayor? He left office also under scrunity of illegal dealings. Trying to say that Ernie is on the up and up well no good. he has been questioned all along. Even if we pretend he did not cheat in this ellection he won from Ruben Pena again just under the line my opinio of course and that of many people. Everyone knows that Ernie is never on the up and up. With the wreckers he had the advantage of two days rotation because of his uncle Emilion Hernandez. Normal people are embarrased to be allegedly cheating but to ernie is is like water off of a ducks back.
You Erin know the truth. Would you care to comment about the deal with your uncle Roberto Cadreil? how did he get some one to cheat for him and take the test for him? how many of the people involved are willing to take a lie dector test? YOu can pretend all you want but there is too much alledged evidence and people are tired of the corruption in Cameron County.
YOu will not win the election unless it is in the early voting where there is a monopoly, but many people will be watching.
Since when is it against the law to report malfeance. Emma Peres-Trevino is simply doing her job. If Erin Garcia, doesn't like her family being criticize, maybe they ought to quit leaving off tax-payers and get real jobs.
Poor woman thinks the March primary is it. Mija, the general election is in November. The Republicans will have a candidate run against the Dem's nominee. The winner will take office in 2013.

Erin. I don't know you and have never met you and your family but you and your family are such whinners and liars and cheats. If you and your dad and mom would simply show the documents and a bill of sale where you purchased your dads company all this would go away. How hard is that. And you further state that she is requesting information regarding a company that is private. And your running for public office? Let me tell you something, when a company does business with a county or government entity any business that company does with the county or government entity becomes public record. It becomes private when you have something to hide. Since your father took office there have been many questionable things that surrounded your father beginning with the arrest and immediate release of your sister in law, the hiring of (is it your uncle?) in the county and now the contract you have with the county. How do you think this looks? So dont come and give us citizens this bullshit about how everybody is out to get your family. It might have worked while he was one of the Three amigos (Hernandez, Woods and Pete Benavidez) on the city commission, but it aint going to work honey on the county level. He has alot of explaining to do to us voters. And please dont say that I am one on your familys enemies and that I hate your family cuz I dont even know you and your dad or your family.
