Special to El Rrun Rrun

The U.S. Consulate General in Matamoros has received credible information suggesting the potential for violent confrontations between armed individuals in Matamoros and its outskirts over the weekend, August 26th through August 28th. Yea whatever, don't forget the black helicopters and the unmarked dark-colored SUVs. As Bugs bunny would say "what a maroon".

The first posting is total bullshit. There is no "Chicano Struggle" except in the small minds of a few, who probably can't even tell you what a "Chicano" is.

When the city of Matamoros, their Chamber of Commerce I think, sent out a warning to Mexican citizens to not travel to US border cities...that Matamoros Chamber of Commerce gave the cartels reason to step up their criminal actions. The petty action by the Chamber in Matamoros actually put people in danger. The Matamoros Chamber should join hands with the Brownsville Chamber since so many Mexican businesses are moving over here.
