AEROMEXICO RAKES IN $500,000 IN SUBSIDIES: CHEEZMEH, WHERE ARE YOU?

Ofrece respaldo el Consejo de Desarrollo Económico de Brownsville, (BEDC, por sus siglas en inglés), a la empresa Aeroméxico para que esta autorice la ejecución de vuelos internacionales, durante todo un año.
Gilberto Salinas, encargado de mercadotecnia y relaciones públicas, informó que "la mesa directiva de incentivos del Departamento de Desarrollo Económico de Brownsville, aprobó un paquete de 500 mil dólares ($500,000 in guarantees) para Aeroméxico, para un periodo de un año y el plan es que la empresa esté respaldada para la ejecución de vuelos durante todo un año y que se le agregará el vuelo de los miércoles".

Facilidades de la póliza
Con este apoyo, la empresa Aeroméxico, podrá contar con un respaldo que podrá utilizar en caso de que las personas que quieran utilizar la línea, sean muy pocos o que por alguna causa, entonces entraría este paquete económico a respaldar las actividades de la empresa. Por otra parte explicó que con el agregado del vuelo para los días miércoles, esto generaría más oportunidades para los viajeros, en cuanto a volar y regresar en un día entre semana.

This will ONLY be paid out if the passenger load does not maintain itself. They wouldn't have added a third weekly flight if they were seeing poor passenger numbers that in turn would lead to paying out of the subsidies.

it says that bedc approved a $500,000 subsidy that will guarantee that a certain percentage of passengers on all flights including the new Wednesday flights. If they remain full, we pay nothing. we pay for seats that are empty to keep them flying. supposedly, the load factor stands at an outstanding 90 percent to date

That aws the same proposal Fly Frontera was seeking, $500,000 of which $250,000 was being pushed as advertising that would have fed Melissa Zamora. Just laying out the facts, boys, just letting out the facts.

fly frontera wanted 2.5 million, didn't they? to provide us with one little airplane...as opposed to a fleet of jets with connections all over mexico. that was a boondoggle!
