Word is coming down that the beginning of the year will see a huge housecleaning in the Justice of the Peace offices at the Cameron County courthouse.
A source close to Pct. 2 constable Abel Gomez says that at least 900 warrants from Justice of the Peace 2-2 court Erin Hernandez Garcia will be served by constable deputies in the near future. And they say that the other courts (Linda Salazar) will also go through its case files which will add another 600 warrants to be served at the same time.
"It's gonna be busy time," said a bailiff at the courthouse. "They're going to be cleaning house at the courts, so if you have something pending with the courts take care of it now."

It is my understanding that anyone who lets Erin know that they are supporters of her or her father, their warrants will be excused. Same for Linda Salazar, anyone who supporter her or her son Ruben Cortez, will not be served by the Constables. This is not a real policy action, just something to get media attention to make the public think justice is being served. We are unlikely to hear more from this...and anyone served will surely be those who have opposed these Dumbokrats or criticized them during their campaign....or they will be Anglo. These Dumbokrats will not bite the hands that are stupid enough to vote for them.
I have been to Erin's court. She is very professional and runs a tight ship. I have heard most around the courthouse are happy with her.

I saw Judge Garcia running her truancy court. She did a damn good job. The kid left scared and the parent left happy. She is tough, but good. These kids need that. La Linda no les hace nada. Barely a slap on the wrist...the kids laugh at her.

Begum will never win a race in this town. She has burned herself to a point of total self destruction. Her own friends turned on her in the runoff.
Sound like the judges need their palms greased. All this threat serves to do is get them "mordidas" for losing the warrants. They're not fooling anyone. What's the going rate now-a-days? It was $50 last time I checked.
Simple way out of these warrants......make a small donation to Hernandez' campaign!
Watch out Cameron County! A suspected questionable Constable and his deputies are going out and serving warrants! There will be problems, just watch! This so-called peace officer (Constable)will pick and chose who he arrests because a lot will be close associates or friends of his along with the political ones? Media, get ready! You will have one to write about! Guaranteed!
