ROSENTHAL'S SENTENCING CALCULATIONS DRAG THRU TUESDAY

Late Tuesday: Federal prosecutors and defense attorneys bargained through Austin attorney Marc Rosenthal 12 of 13 original convictions as they seek to estimate the parameters of the length of the prison sentence the court can order late Tuesday.
It is expected that the participants will return on Wednesday to argue the issue again.

I believe, several million dollars in fines and 3 years for each count.

Damn - 20 years for Rosenthal. WOW - this is a long time; he will be in his early 70s when he sees the streets again. Last night when Villalobos heard this I'm sure he had an accident in his pants. Now he is really wondering what awaits him. May the judge make the right justified call.

Rosenthal drew the short straw in this one for sure and for certain. He was a big time crook and bully and his chickens came home to roost.
