SHADOW GOVERNMENT MOVES IN ON PUBLIC POLICY, $$$$

By Juan Montoya
Don't look now, but the obstinate drive by United Brownsville manipulators to cash in on the public purse just took a turn for the worse.
According to sources close to the Matamoros and Brownsville city governments, United Brownsville Operatives under the guise of a Trojan Horse called the  BiNED Coordinating Board to be made up by equal Representation from United Brownsville, Imagina Matamoros, and the City of Harlingen in order to promote and plan the development of the Bi-Ned Zone.
That resolution was approve recently by the commissioner of the City of Brownsville and now it's moving on to legitimize the plan by having a resolution approved by the three entities.
But Matamoros city officials would have none of it and demanded that the resolution be signed by the city of Matamors and not by the Sergio Arguelles-Carlos Marin Imagina Matamros.
The United Brownsville boys IBC Fred Rusteberg, Irv Downing, John Villarreal, Julieta Garcia,  and Tony Martinez can live with that.
They know that they have a free hand – compliments of the docile members of the city commission – to do as they wish with the public's money without having to account to anyone. The signing of the accord is scheduled for Friday, and then the getting gets good. Actually, it already is yielding some loot for the gang.
boys could live   17. Consideration and ACTION on Resolution Number 2014-034, in support of the creation of a BiNED Coordinating Board to be made up by Equal Representation from United Brownsville, As Jim Barton reported recently, United Brownsville is positioning itself as a player in the development of an area with HUGE financial potential, the industrial corridor along FM 550 including the Port of Brownsville.(So-called Public Hearing items 7,8 and 9 at the 3/4/14 CC meeting were presented by City Planner Ramiro Gonzalez to protect those plots in the corridor.) The main players in United Brownsville want to control the development of this corridor for personal enrichment.
Martinez is a willing pawn. Carlos Marin, the CEO of Ambiotec and mastermind of the Imagine Brownsville Plan, is said to own a good deal of property in the designated "corridor."
Actually, without fanfare, the Greater Brownsville Incentives Corporation paid nearly a half million dollars($454,592.08) for a plan for the industrial corridor, including the Port of Brownsville. Here is an excerpt from our October 31, 2013 article: "Robin McCaffrey of Needham-McCaffrey and Associates, Inc. moderated the third leg of a slide show presentation to the GBIC on October 31, outlining an overall plan for a 22,000 acre industrial corridor including the Port of Brownsville. Earlier, the Port of Brownsville and Public Utilities Board heard the same proposal.
Now we have learned from other sources that the Robin McCaffrey is the same person who worked on the City of Kyle Comprehensive Master Plan, under the name of Mesa. McCaffrey was hired when Mayor Mike/Miguel Gonzalez was still in office in Kyle. Gonzalez is now the executive director of United Brownsville, a rather tidy arrangement.
"The plan organizes the Port of Brownsville and the surrounding area south of the port and east of the Brownsville/South Padre Island Airport. Specific areas are segmented for heavy industry, light industry and organized according to power and water usage. Simply lining up industry along the ship channel is discouraged, but companies with similar energy and/or infrastructure needs are organized perpendicular to the channel.
"Carlos Marin is the one that brought this firm to Brownsville and he was the one that worked hand in hand to get this study done. It accomplishes nothing but gives credence to the imagine Brownsville document. It is another pipe dream that in all costs over two billion dollars.
When will the city commission wake up and tell these scalawags that no one elected them to represent the interests of the people of Brownsville, that the money that they have received have been acquired through guile and fraud, and that the city and other entities who have given these gang the money are just as guilty of fraud as these perpetrators?
What new "study" will they now propose to enrich their cronies? What new "plan" will the concoct to pillage public funds? What new scheme do they have to encumber the public's tax dollars and tax-generated funds?
Or is everyone content just willing to stand by and watch them pillage the public treasury?

Democratic Sen. Wendy Davis has a simple question for her GOP challenger for the governor's mansion, Attorney General Greg Abbott: Do you believe it's OK to pay a woman less than a man for the same job? His answer may leave critics underwhelmed.
On June 14, 2013, Gov. Rick Perry vetoed House Bill 950, the Texas version of the Lilly Ledbetter Act, a bipartisan bill enhancing workplace protection against pay discrimination. Davis has put a question to her opponent: Would he have followed Perry's lead and vetoed the bill? Davis said, "Hardworking Texans deserve to know if he believes in this simple principle: A full day's work is worth a full day's pay no matter what your gender. With more families than ever before relying on two incomes, they can't afford to have one of their paychecks unfairly reduced just because one of them is a woman." In response to this "put up or shut up" challenge, Abbott's campaign stayed mute for two weeks. The attorney general has regularly shielded himself from tough policy questions by saying that, as the state's top lawyer, it would be inappropriate for him to comment on any measure currently or recently in litigation. That includes this bill, which he successfully challenged all the way to the Texas Supreme Court. However, this has left ample opportunity for his proxies to make cringe-worthy statements on his behalf. Republican Party of Texas Executive Director Beth Cubriel told Time Warner Cable News that a disparity exists because "men are better negotiators," while Red State Women PAC Executive Director Cari Christman told WFAA that "women are extremely busy" and don't have time to file lawsuits.

The round mound of ass pound is at it again dudes....I think he overdosed on saltines and milk...lol

Bobby weight-man Cervantes, aka THE BLIMP, goes after yet another person running for office that advertises with RRUN RRUN.

This time....the grotesque gay one chose to go after Oscar X Garcia.

The pile of blubber goes on to post the rules judges should abide by dudes....he concludes that because X Garcia advertises with Montoya...that he is responsible for the comments on the blog....particularly the ones targeted towards his gayness.... and to say that his argument is weaker than his sphincter would be putting it mildly dudes.....lol

What the rotund one does not know is that the content that the publisher puts out, is what ultimately gets people to advertise dudes.....poor BLIMP offers free advertisement for candidates....how noble of him....lol

Montoya writes about news dudes.....The round mound of ass pound...well, his writing is like capirotada dudes....I can just imagine the blimp running to his roommate's room, naked of course, and asking him..."what is capirotada...does it have a moral compass?"....lol!

The gay blogger wrote a story a while back...telling his millions of readers that a friend of his sent him a bottle semen for Christmas...he went on to say that it was hilarious to him....I shit you not dudes....on another occasion, he gave women everywhere advice... that their husbands like their anus reamed with a finger...or a tongue...I know, how does the blimp know that dudes...lol!

Other award winning stories put out by the hairy ball of lard....he wrote that he does not like to be put under when getting one of his many colonoscopies...he likes to watch the monitor as the camera makes its dirty voyage up his pooper dudes...on occasion telling the doctor to back up to question something he saw...I know, sounds kinky to me too dudes...lol! Another story tell his audience that he wished he lived in an island with a small colony...a place where they would all be naked and grow vegetables...it gets kinkier dudes!! and yet on another story he tells people that he has a George of the Jungle tattoo on one his gay ass dudes...he throws that out there as a matter of fact for all those would be courters dudes....lol!

So you see blimp....Montoya is a bit more professional than you...and a bit more credible too....that equates to people wanting to advertise with him....If I would be in the need of some advertisement...I sure wouldn't do it in a place where the editor tells his readers that he gets semen for Christmas dude......UUUYYY...OOPPS...I MEAN LOL!
