Perception means alot. Everybody drinks and it's O.K. in moderation and with caution. However, being surrounded by cases of beer and bottles doesn't necessary paint a good picture if your're running for office but, hey, this is south texas.Everybody drinks,on any given day you can find your elected officials have a cold one or more. Cesar is going to loose anyway,so what's the big deal,the guy likes to party.
Talk about desperate measures! Luci must be scared to death in losing to resort this is type of tactics on your blog. Triste Bien Triste!

Nothing new in this village. You should see how some parents and school employees push the drunken agenda. Some role models---NOT. Some of the female school employees are worse--puras pedas!!!

School District employees are the worst drunks and the woman are even worse. They look nice during the day but, easy to get layed after an evening of drinking.Juan, do know how many school district employees have gotten a DUI. Drinking, a south texas tradition,everybody does it and in BISD it's prevelent.
