Our reader asserts that these three bandidos bear an uncanny resemblance to the ancestors of (Left to Right) United Brownsville manipulator par excellence Carlos Marin, IBC President Fred Rusteberg and Cameron County Judge Texas Secretary of State-appointee Carlos Cascos. We, of course, have no way to determine whether that is true or not, but you've to admit that the resemblance is striking.)
