RECOGNIZE ANY OF THESE BAD HOMBRES?

(Ed,'s Note: According to one of our three readers, the bad hombres pictured above were three U.S. Government spies who infiltrated Pancho Villa's army during the war against Porfirio Diaz. The photo above was taken in Matamoros by famed Brownsville photographer  Robert Runyon and forms part of the Runyon Collection stored at the University of Texas in Austin. Our reader asserts that these three bandidos bear an uncanny resemblance to the ancestors of (Left to Right) United Brownsville manipulator par excellence Carlos Marin, IBC President Fred Rusteberg and Cameron County Judge Texas Secretary of State-appointee Carlos Cascos. We, of course, have no way to determine whether that is true or not, but you've to admit that the resemblance is striking.)
