(Ed.'s Note: Kids at Victoria Elementary got an extra day off Friday after a water main pipe belonging to the Public Utilities Board burst and left the school without water. Crews have been at work all morning and administrators say that classes should resume on Monday. Roosevelt Street was closed at McDavitt and on 13th Street. Only local traffic was being allowed to enter through side streets past the rialroad grade heading west on Roosevelt.
