Don't know if you know how DC itself is funded and works. Easy to research. Personally, I find the DC city government to be a bunch of double dipping whiny greedy ----suckers, but that is just my opinion.

The plate begs the question: Does government have the right to free speech in the protection of its own interests? I believe that the courts have previously ruled that it does not.
We were serious about getting to DC to do some writing. ABC News is directly across the street from the hotel we were staying, for example.
