Really??? There are idiots out in Brownsville who voted for Pat Ahumada? Well, if he wins? You better make sure that you don't give him any checks to deposit. They might wind up in his account with the excuse that the teller made the mistake. The guy is a crook and should have been found guilty.

You are right, keep the current mayor because he doesnt deposit checks in his account. He just gives land to the UT system right in front of our eyes and its not in the thousand, its in the millions, but I guess that's ok. Our current mayor makes million dollar deals (such as casa del Naylon) and once again, its not 20 thousand or 40 thousand, its in the millions of our tax dollars, but that's ok right?
Every time somebody talks bad about Mr. Ahumada, they always bring up the infamous check yet there is amnesia when it comes to all the wasted money our current mayor has done to the city coffers. I am not a fan of Mr. Ahumada, but I am definitely not voting for Mr. Martinez this time.
How did heget the check? What happened to the prosecutor? And how come the teller went along? Was there a huge shopping spree after. Does Ahumada owe the mob money or have an expensive habit we are unaware of? Stick to the blog commenting and please don't sit on a jury or study law ya jackass.

The infamous check was a mistake he made, do you really think he intentionally deposited the check knowing it could easily be traced to him? The man was cleared of any wrongdoing by a court of law. While I made the mistake of voting for the current Mayor, I will defenitely not make the same mistake. This "Believe in Brownsville" theme is out of whack, I believed on him once, not any longer. Voting for Mr. Ahumada and really hope that Brownsville voters get out and exercise their constitutional right and vote.
Who gives a shit.... I think we all voting for Ahumada at least all of our friends . We all make mistakes ..Except perfect ppl like you all...
