HOW MUCH FOR THAT DOGGIE IN THE WINDOW?
(Ed.'s Note: One of our three readers was driving west on Bob Torres Blvd. or is it FM 802?) and saw this chihuahaua thoroughly enjoying him (her) self with the breeze as its owner sped along the thoroughfare. He thought it was cute and so did we, so here it is. Dog owners, do not try ths at home. We would hate to see a little critter fly out the window and to the asphalt below. Then, doggoneit, we'd be short one dog.)

Now we observe Da Mayor disguised as a cute Chihuahua pup gathering sunshine in ole Brotown .
Funny, but sad story. I once saw a Chihuahua jump of a truck and get runned over by on coming traffic on Alton Gloor. I guess the dog was miserable with its owner and decided to take its own life.
My Chiquita ( Chihuahua ) enjoys her sunday ride to La Milpa for our pound of Lengua. She old and small so she can barely peek out the window. And much too smart to commit dogicide.
Chinga tu madre, Buster! Chinga tu madre, Blimp!
If not a dog, we see dogs putting on make-up, talking on cell phones, eating their Big Macs, etc. Women in Brownsville are by far the worst drivers, with more distractions. Then we have the Mexicans who have come here to avoid the violence in their nation.....but they terrorize local drivers.

FYI That is a World Wide Problem. I've seen videos from people (men and women) in Japan, France, Italy, Argentina, Mexico and Yes, USA where women (and MEN) are distracted for all the reasons you mention.
I experienced once, driving along a Los Angeles freeway, saw a woman driving and putting on make up. Not the worse part. The following day, I saw another woman actually changing her clothes in a car along the freeway then two or three miles down, a man was doing the same thing!! (changing clothes). Here in Texas, I've seen men texting. Here in Brownsville, I've seen POLICEMEN texting. Is it right? NO. Is it going to change? Like everything else, it starts at home. The younger generations have to start by changing and it will not happen in Brownsville, it will not happen in Texas and it will not happen in the world because the 21st century has us too involved in the ME and nobody else matters.
