While on probation for the first DWI, he was charged again with a second offense which resulted in another DWI charge. With uncle Saenz running for reelection, it the type of publicity he does not need. The California kid comes from a wealthy family which makes him think he's above the law and Victor has an uncle that's the DA. After his 2 DWI in one year he posts a picture getting drunk.
