FEMALE VETS MEMORIAL GETS STEP CLOSER TO COMPLETION

(Ed.'s Note: Workers from Pinkerton Memorials in Brownsville were installing the granite sides to the Veteran Females Memorial at Veterans Memorial Park on Central Boulevard this morning. A worker said that the granite sculpture of a female veteran has not yet arrived and should be here within the next two months. The four granite sides bear the names of the founders of the organization and other information about the memorial.)

In 150 years, points of view will change and probably people will want that memorial removed because it offended somebody.

As an Air Force veteran, I never have seen a need to separate males from females in order to commemorate them. A veteran is a veteran is a veteran. This "valley" of whining, cry baby Mexicans has to constantly be fucking with something. Par for the course.
