THE PLOT THICKENS WITH GARZA'S SHOPLIFTING ARREST

We are reluctant to touch the subject of the Robert "Capt. Bob" Sanchez marital woes, but strange things are going on around the issue.
We won't take sides with the merits of either Robert or wife Lorrie's case, but we are in receipt of a police report that indicates that the wife's father Joe V. Garza – a former DA investigator – was arrested on the eve of a protection-order hearing against Sanchez in court.
The first time Garza came to our attention was when we were sent a photo of him sitting in the Sanchez driveway and shooting the finger at Robert and his mother as they drove by.
This last brush with the law apparently took place at supermarket (HEB) at 2250 Boca Chica Blvd. on March 7 or 9 (Our copy is a little blurry) when Loss Prevention Officer Richard Servin (?) at the store observed Garza pocketing some items, then walking up to the checkout to pay for others he did not conceal. We know that Garza has had one previous incident with shoplifting, but this latest incident apparently involved relatively small items.
Garza apparently became aware that the Sanchezes got wind of the report and reportedly confronted the Capt.'s dad and threatened to publicize a photo of Robert's father sitting in a bathtub (?).
Where that came from, we'll probably never know.
Sanchez is under a court order not to communicate with social media or publicize any details of this very private matter between him and his wife so we are prevented from talking to him directly.
However, the police booking number #16331272 and Case Number #16-41-1272 (?) all name Joe Garza as the subject suspected of theft.
He was booked and charged with a class C misdemeanor and released.
What next from this Little Shop of Horrors?
