(Ed.'s Note: Several websites and Facebook sites have posted this photo of the prayer before the house where John Allan Rubio killed his three kids 13 years ago featuring three city commissioners and Mayor Tony Martinez was demolished. Many commented on the stance taken by Da Mayor, coffee cup in hand, as he stares at the camera while his fellow commissioner members (John Vilarreal, Rick Longoria and Jessica Tetreau-Kalifa) bow their heads in the prayer intoned by Pastor Brad Burkes, the city chaplain. Many commented on the unusual pose by Hizzoner Da Mayor, dressed nattily in his signature faded blue jeans and short-sleeve shirt. Among some of the captions suggested for the photo:
1. "Hey, I though the photo opportunity was over. What's taking Brad so long?"
2. "I told them not to be long winded, my coffee is getting cold."
3. "Bueno, ya cumpli, ya me voy. Who's taking pictures of me?"
4. "Hey, I didn't get the memo that this was supposed to be formal affair."
5. "I though the kids were Catholic. What this aleluya doing here?"
6. "Hey! I'm not with this bunch. Don't be taking pictures of me with them in the middle of the street."
7. "If I had known this real estate was up for grabs, I would have bought it up for resale."

Da Mayor isn't simply gawking, he is just Stupefied as usual.
That was a flagrant violation of the most elemental EPA regulations, in order to demolish a bulding loaded with 100 years old lead paint and advestos it has to be prepared with anticipation, they exposed the neighborhood to breath advestos loaded dust, at least they should have had a hose sprying water to keep the dust from flying
