EARLY VOTING ON FOR TSC RUNOFF: NOTE LIBRARY CHANGES

(Ed.'s Note: For the first time as long as we can remember, the city of Brownsville has not made available the Central and Southmost Public Libraries available for early voting. This in itself is notable because traditionally these two sites have recorded the largest voter turnout in past elections. In fact, during the recent runoff for Cameron County Judge between former Brownsville mayor Eddie Treviño and former county commissioner Dan Sanchez, it was not only used for early voting, but as a voting precinct on election day, an unheard of occurrence. That could only benefit Treviño, the Brownsville candidate and eventual winner. If you were going to vote there, don't be discouraged and not vote. There are interests at work here and we encourage you to be persistent and vote at any of the other sites listed above (Click on graphic to enlarge.)

It's called voter suppression, Juan. RNC couldn't have done it any better!
