Spreading the barrio, one street corner at a time.
The City should have SPRUCED UP the Capitol Building years ago as opposed to allowing it to set around looking like a hang out for street walkers of all sorts.
This is a wonderful project! Kudos to these talented artists and to Brownsville Society for the Performing Arts!
