Gracia, has no respect for the voters and taxpayers... when he shows up to court an hour late and keeps everyone waiting and that's his normal routine... his modus operandi... that's not very professional. The dude's got his priorities all wrong...
Gracia does not do his job. Honestly, don't even know why he ran. He is always late. He is rude and fucking snobby. He even shows up late to weddings. Talk to anyone at the Brownsville Police Department who has had to wait for him to respond to a call. The guy doesn't even answer his phone evenings or weekends.
Montoya, you love a good story. Why haven't you done one on that piece of shit Jonathan Gracia. That guy is so fucking rude and arrogant I'm surprised he can get through the courthouse doors. But here is the real story. A while back this guy obtained a list of people with outstanding warrants all over the county. Then he proceeds to get that list and send a marketing letter from his law office soliciting the work for his LAW OFFICE!!!! What the hell?? That's not right. The question then becomes, well how did he get the list? Well I will tell you, he got it from Liz Chavez. No open records request, nothing procedurally was done. It was just asked for and provided? How about that for official oppression Juan or maybe even Abuse of Official Capacity. Then this guy goes and spearheads a movement for a raise! As it is this asshole barely shows up for work! Ohhhh.... he's at the courthouse, but he is doing his own personal shit. And who covers for him. All of his staff especially Silvia Aldape and Oralia.

Don't forget Mike Sanchez will win against Jonathan. This guy thinks he's above the law. Let's get this arrogant idiot out. He truly believes he's smarter than everyone.
