(Ed.'s Note: Despite the critics of this blog who say that Texas Southmost College trustee Dr. Reynaldo Garcia is acting on his own in his attacks on TSC board chair Adela Garza, take a look at this letter from the love-stricken Garcia to Tercero before he made it public and it ended up in the pages of the local daily. In this indignant missive, Garcia chides and scolds Garza for requesting information from the former president and charges that she has "destroyed the dignity and nobility" of former boards. He also asked Tercero to approve it before he sent it.
This is a draft of the letter that Garcia eventually sent off to discredit the board chair. (Click on image to enlarge.)
Garcia and former TSC trustee Rene Torres have complained to SACS-COC, the college's accrediting agency, to review TSC's accreditation. We have called for Garcia to resign since it is now patently clear that his loyalty is to Tercero and not to the college on whose board he chose to serve. It is said that the only thing worse than a fool in love is an old fool in love. We're sure now that Dr. Garcia resembles that remark.)

Since Dr. Tercero represented TSC,the students and the accreditation itself, Dr. Garcia's loyalty clearly was in support of that premise and not with Adela's agenda of placing herself above the students and the success of our community college for her own self serving reasons.
Juan if you were a real reporter you would be investigating if there is any truth in the allegations about Adela's action rather than try to discredit her accuser. It is becoming obvious that there is a clear lack of leadership at TSC.
Juan are you in love with that fat lady Adela? It sure seems that way because you defended her like Garcia defended Tercero.

Dr. Garcia you are a big disappoint
Someone in the TSC's front office is going to be in hot water for using president's computer to snoop and leak confidential information to a blog. There is only 2 or 3 possibilities. This breech of confidential information should be fully investigated and dealt with appropriately. Someone's job could be in jeopardy.

Adela is dismantling TSC piece by piece. First,the president,then vice president of instruction, the accreditation consultant, two lawsuits within five months, neglecting national search for a qualified president. She is having a ball calling the shots! Amazing!

Lamentable es la perdida de programas como el de emfermeria sin que nadie proteste. Dejen de adorar Tercero y querer mas a su patrimonio que es TSC. Enterese usted mejor!
