The motto of Brownsville citizens should be "Ignorance is Bliss". The citizens of Brownsville deserve the corruption and poor city leadership when they "don't vote.
I agree; your vote is your voice! Especially since the city has stopped sharing the public audience comments with the public. What are they afraid of or trying to hide.
