WITH TWO DAYS LEFT, 2,344 HAVE VOTED IN CITY 3 RACES


(Ed.'s Note: An additional 231 voters cast their ballots during voting Saturday in the City of Brownsville elections for three positions on the city commission. This is considered a low turnout by any standards, and the total may be well below 6,000 by the time voting ends. Early voting continues until Tuesday. Election Day is Saturday. The motto of Brownsville citizens should be "Ignorance is Bliss". The citizens of Brownsville deserve the corruption and poor city leadership when they "don't vote.

I agree; your vote is your voice! Especially since the city has stopped sharing the public audience comments with the public. What are they afraid of or trying to hide.
