Congratulation, Mr. Montoya - I am assuming he is your son. Encourage him to seek his path in the right direction he has already selected. More parents should do this, and for certain, this world will improve at some time. Kudos to you and your family.
Your nephew? Congratulations!!
Mexicans inducting Mexicans to the Mexican colleges HOF? ha ha ha ha ha
Congratulations to all those students and to their parents. We wish them well as they continue their education or as they move into the workplace. Good luck!
I am proud member of I Phelta Thi in good standing. My brothers were members of Tappa Kegg.
He probably went to a private school or an ISD other than BISD. I doubt you would register him in a School District you despise so much.
Mr. Montoya, it is quite obvious and now supported by blogger at 10:49
that you despise BISD. Is it really that, or is it those that pay you to downgrade our school district. Strangely enough, those who do are BISD alumni who would be no place if they had not received an education from BISD. Like your relative, many of our students are super neat and intelligent, but personal agendas and innuendos keep blasting our district. If they don't like it, let them go to wherever they want, but don't knock down our BISD where many of us have received our great
education and reached success, like your relative. Be objective when listening to what bloggers, including me, submit to your blog, true is the adage that "money talks," right?
Juanito, what happened to the blog that was here before where you blasted the Inaugural Awards Gala BISD had on Thursday night. I guess you determined you had spoken too soon and so wrong. I guess what those two ladies disrespectfully texting during this beautiful event, gave you a very biased side of the story. When you see a group of alumni, stakeholders, community partners in one place and have such a rewarding event, it stifles my mind when you immediately listen to those who are so obviously power vultures. If they hate BISD so much, why do they work there or serve on the board and why do they even bother to come to its great events - a bunch of hypocrites. It is people like these that we need to ignore, especially during election time, for it is all about them. I bet they were burning after hearing all the good comments made by so many people who enjoyed the event and saw the proud faces of those students who were awarded. Please, Juan, be selective of those items you publish in your blog and stick to the real facts.
We never had this kind of quiet, dignified membership recognition under Juliet Garcia's UTB who was about ego-recognition and grandstanding. Good going TSC!
