Integrity simply defined is doing the right thing even when no one is looking.
The San Benito Police Police Chief probe is not difficult if one would listen to just a few recordings. In them, he speaks untruths to other parties. No integrity. One cannot comprehend why three members of the commission take no action not only on the chief, but also on City Attorney Ricardo Morado and City Manager Manuel de la Rosa.
Morado and De la Rosa have lied to the media and the citizens of San Benito about the three agencies that investigated and found no law broken. The word games are not funny. What about the police department policies and ethics violations? One Commissioner passes out basketballs and checker boards at his work.
One commissioner works with the San Benito Consolidated Independent School District in parental department.
The third commissioner is a licensed attorney and has extensive training in ethics. She is also a female and condones sexual harassment. A female officer was allegedly grouped and ridiculed by a male officer. If eye witnesses had been interviewed and statements taken, those allegations would have been proven.

The police union submitted a no confidence letter stating violations of policies and no action taken by city manager as promised in news release (7/12/2017).

Just another corrupt government with crooks protecting their political asses. The loser around here always seems to be the taxpayers. These officials are arrogant and quick to use our tax dollars. The people of San Benito, if they give a shit, need to try to find some "honest politicians"....but again, that is an oxymoron.

And then the city manager speaks to each of the officers that signed the letter of no confidence to try to find out what's going wrong in the department. As he begins these interviews with each officer by stating that he does not want to hear about any rumors or gossip or bad things from the past before he continues his interview. So how was he supposed to find out on what's going on the department? And then he tries to trick Officer's by telling them to bring the recording so he can listen to them. But that is so stupid to ask that when you already have the recordings Mr. "de La Colcha" city manager. There's one recording, the nail in the coffin, were the chief speaks in vulgar and disrespectful way towards ex-San benito police veteran and justice of the peace GuadaLupe Ayala. SMH...... all of you are done. Everyone on the commission and City administrators Are a disgrace sitting at those city meetings. You all are Certified Scumbags of Non-ethic practice.

Mayor Gomez when you ran for Mayor you said you ran cause the city had been going nowhere for many years and you wanted change. Mayor Gomez and City Commission you now have a City Manager and City Attorney that were DECEITFUL when they both said that three agencies investigated the CHIEF OF POLICE RECORDINGS.Is that the way the City is going to move forward ?The citizens and voters are watching this very closely and don't forget the City has an ETHICS ORDINANCE.
If the recordings do exist and city officials are aware of its existence,they are tarnishing not only the police dept but the hard work and reputation of honest and honorable police officers.The only way that this will come to light is if the recordings of the said allegations are put on the air by an honest and ethical news reporter if this would happen the city officials would be forced to address this issue. If those recordings were in fact evidence who was the chief investigating and why were those recordings not in the possession of the custodian of evidence?Questions,Questions will the corruption ever end?

A clerk with 3kids at Breeden Elementary and married to an idiot (White Boy)who she controls is about to explode. If two adults are having an affair, who cares, unless one supervises the other and is using taxpayer money to advance them. It's not illegal and it is a personal matter. Many good men have had affairs and did not affect their popularity or official decisions, Clinton, Kennedy, Roosevelt and others. Most presidents, even going back to the early years were known to have had affairs, some with their women slaves.
