An FBI-task force continues its investigation into the ambulance-related alleged activities of demoted Brownsville Fire Chief Carlos Elizondo, now a lieutenant in the department, public records show.Elizondo also is on the Brownsville Independent School District Board of Trustees. Insofar as Elizondo, he frequently told ex-City Commissioner Cesar de Leon in the secret tape recording that he, Elizondo, would never harm him, not "intentionally."
Elizondo also maintained he didn't know of numerous things happening in the Brownsville Independent School District that de Leon alluded to: "O eres muy pendejo o te estas haciendo pendejo," de Leon told Elizondo, not buying Elizondo's claims of ignorance as to ongoings at BISD.

CABLER AND THE ENTIRE COMMISSION NEED TO ADDRESS THIS THORNY AND EMBARASSING
ISSUE. AS A LAST RESORT, PUT HIM ON PAID LEAVE. THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT.

While Elizondo may be a pendejo, Cesar de Leon is a racist!! Cesar de Leon should resign or be removed from office. Elizondo should be forced to resign from BISD or be fired from the fire department, just like Elia Cornhole Lopez chose to give up her campaign for BISD in order to keep her position as a judge. Sounds to me like we are seeing the story of "la jaiba" playing out in front of us. These officials are the "las jaibas) just trying to keep each other from getting free.
Let's hope the FBI helps get rid of Elizondo. It may be likely that this investigation takes down others too....like Charlie Cabler, or even Tony Martinez.

Citizens don't be deceive BISD is infested with corruption, let's ask former Board Members that will step up to the plate and testify to what they have seen during their term.. I bet there is lots to be talked about and the truth is people Condone Board Members that are thieves and corrupt and/or aligned to vendors... If Elizondo has been equipped with his fisher price tape recorder for months now, why the fuck didn't he record Charlie Cabler admitting he was authorized by CABLER? Elizondo has been telling the fire dept for months that Cabler was the person that authorized all of this.
