Hernandez is part of the Whoring Hernandezes Horde who have been nothing but a cancer politically in the community with their manipulation of the politiquera system and other excesses.

When she sought reelection, the voters were so disgusted with her greed that she didn't even qualify for the runoffs. Now our distinguished state judges have allowed the fox back in the chicken coop. Their judgement defies explanation."
To their credit, however, the eight judges, who have the responsibility for appointing magistrates, were perceptive in choosing Louis Sorola as a full-time magistrate and Fabian Limas and Albert Rodriguez as part-time magistrates. They replaced Alfredo Padilla and Adolfo Cordoba.
"Nobody is disputing these choices," continued the respected journalist. "Not only do they have the credentials, but they have the integrity and credibility. The Hernandezes are an antonym for integrity and credibility."

(Actually, Hernandez will only be called to act as an alternate magistrate when neither Sorola, Limas nor Rodriguez are available. As an alternate, she serves under Sorola, the associate judge.)
Hernandez's reemergence in the county coincides with stirrings from her father. When City Commissioner Cesar De Leon initially resigned from his post before rescinding his resignation, Brownsville Observer Publisher Jim Barton penned that Ernie Hernandez was returning from exile to contend for the position.
"You can't kill a cockroach," says Don Pedro, the venerable sage at the dying daily otherwise known as The Brownsville Herald. "And the Hernandezes are cockroaches who spawn more cockroaches that not even Donald Trump could crush with a nuclear attack!"

All of our judges are elected and therefore are whores for and to political parties. And since there is only one party which dominates here, Dumbokrats, then the judges are whores to that one group. Ernie Hernandez may be self serving, arrogant, and corrupt....that historyically has been part of being a Dumbokrat in Cameron County. Ernie carries a lot of political weight and none of those judges can afford or want to lose his support.

Idiots? You're calling these judges idiots??? and the other, stating all of them aren't worth, well, you're anonymous, what do you expect! Wow, when you can pass the bar exam, do private practice for five years, then you can run for judge and if you even get elected, go vote for whatever candidates you want as magistrates. These judges have worked extra hard to make themselves a name after Limas and Alejandro screwed things up for our judicial system.
