(Ed.'s Note: One of our seven readers (they're everywhere) sent us this photo of the political signs that have started dotting the local landscape and pointed out that all the prime space appears to have been taken, forcing some candidates like Cameron County Clerk Sylvia Garza-Perez to place hers way in the back so that only her pretty head can be seen above the high grass.
We remember in one of our previous lifetimes when we were helping candidates in their races that when it got to that point, some campaign workers were not above erecting their candidates' signs above the existing ones. You weren't defacing their signs or obstructing the view, so it seemed like a fair thing to do and it worked.
And it also keeps the political signs in one place instead of stringing them along the right-of-way. We'll see whether the SGP campaign staff heeds the advice.)

Not in the back, you asshole. Up the street!
I always want to run for office but I do not have the money to plaster my face on a cardboard, enough to cover the city of Brownsville, and I can not find someone to sue for money so I can buy as many signs as my opponent and also be able to hand out ice cream cones at Dairy Queen. Nosotros los pobres no tiene con que corer nomas nuestras ganas! Maybe one of Tony's friend would like to help me out without any promises. What do you think?
Sylvia can place as many signs throughout the county as she wants! where ever she wants and how high she wants because guess what she is not going to win, we the employees have had enough we are supporting anyone but her except the ass kissers like Angela and Luciino the criminal drug dealer
Ha ha ha la clown , her new look does not suit the poor old bag
