The intersection of Paredes and Price roads is one of the most heavily traveled here and we wonder when they did their dirty work and no one saw them. It is possible that either Dairy Queen, Capt. The price for running for political office in Brownsville and Cameron County. Even if these acts were in broad daylight, most citizens are not likely to get involved. They know that if is done by teens, nothing will be done and no one is likely to be charged or penalized. Just young "terrorists" training for their future and protected by their parents.
