CLOSE SHAVE FOR MOTORISTS ON DANGEROUS INTERSECTION

(Ed.'s Note: It could have been much, much worse for the driver and passengers of the black GMC SUV on the left that was clipped as it tried to enter traffic onto Highway 48 from the west side of Coffeeport Road. The truck was clipped by the semitrailer 18-wheeler in the middle lane. Apparently, no one was hurt in the crash that slowed down traffic traveling east and west on Highway 48. Without a traffic light at that intersection have to enter the bigger thoroughfare avoiding the traffic. We thank our readers for the photos.)
