AND WHAT ON EARTH DOES THE GRAFFITI BELOW ALLUDE TO?

(Ed.'s Note: We admit that we are mystified by the photo of this graffiti that was sent in to us over the weekend. For the life of us, none of us can decipher what the words "Puro Cano$o" can be? The symbol over the words appear to be the letter "T," in the middle, the number 2 all across, and the letter "B" to the right. The two stars (one inside the design) appear to symbolize something, but what it could be escapes us. Does anyone know whether it means something?

One of our symbolism experts ventured to say that it may mean a geriatric street gang that hangs in the downtown area, but we find it absurd. But there is a high rise for the elderly nearby and they are white hairs who get a monthly check and the downtown working girls know it. Nah, that's ludicrous. Or is it?)

The only grey haired gang working down town is the city government of Tony Martinez. Like other gangs, they take from the public and waste the money. Like other arrogant liberal Democrats, Tony thinks that government knows what is best for us and can spend our money more effectively than we can as individuals.
