Who cares about the check, while we have commissioners like Tetreau who do nothing and even worse and lower the standards for good governance. Just recently, the move to hire Dr Wells goes to show how low our standards in governance has fallen. People resigned from the committee because he refused to do anything, he even discouraged having meetings and would cancel committee meetings. Dr Wells was extremely useless and the city now wants to hire him... goes to show the commission's standard of governance.i tried to have him removed as chairman, but those who prefer to do nothing kept him on, which is why it was hard to get anything done for the animals of Brownsville.
