Activism in "Browntown" is minimal because most either depend on federal and state benefits, or are afraid of being deported. If local citizens won't stand up for local corruption, we can expect much activism. Local citizens are political WHIMPS!

According to 10:38 AM, the people of Browntown are not political activists because they are either on public assistance or are illegal aliens. Finally somebody told the truth about the population of this most poor and uneducated city in the nation.
