Brownsville Independent School District Police and Security Services Chief Oscar Garcia confirmed that agents from the U.S. Marshal's Office were present at the district's Special Services Department office but said he could not elaborate on the reason because it involved an "ongoing investigation."
Numerous reports indicate that the agents arrived at the building on Price Road and entered, but did not say what the reason was. Later in the day it was learned that they were there with an arrest warrant for one of the employees, but the person they sought was not present.
The agents spoke with the interim administrator and informed her that the staff members was named on an arrest warrant and then left.
The Marshals' visit to effect an arrest comes in the wake of the loss of the department director amidst charges that she had created a hostile environment and cutting corners to siphon off funds to the general fund and that as a result special services students were being shortchanged and deprived of services.
The chief did not identify the wanted person.

Ay juanito ,its just the marshalls. all they do is arrest on federal warrants. thats not news . it would be news if they were at the BISD building to arrest Joe Rodriquez,Cesar Lopez or elizondo .
As the U.S. marshalls approached, several witnesses on scene reported briefly seeing a dust cloud that they could only describe as "shaped kind of a bit like Carlos Elizondo". In other news, Party City reported selling one of those fake nose/mustache & glasses disguises for the first time in about 20 years today.

Pura caca in the RGV especially Brownsville. Where do you find all these people? Primero it's Cabler, Elizondo, sossi, and the list goes on. then BISD and all the compadrismo that goes on. Then the case with Oliveira. TSC board. The DA and Limas bribery. And the list continues. When is all this corruption going to end. This is the reason the valley never comes out of the hole. The feds should open an office in Brownsville. They would be kept very busy...

Investigate all the departments that receive federal funds and you'll be shocked with the abuse.
Arrest the top heads of special services, they are messing with Federal Funds to please zendejas and Joe Rodriguez.
I still say that all the facts need to come out form reliable sources and not from blogs that print opinions from many of us of who have no idea what is really going on and instead listen or read to comments made on blogs or
pachangas. Once some one says something does not make it true. That is one reason why people have lost all confidence in our elected officials or even bother to vote cause we have no idea who is or is not telling the truth.
We need officials like Darrell Hester, Judge Oscar C. Dancy, Mayor Tony Gonzales, and oops, not too many others come to mind.
Brownsville Independent School District allegedly syphons most of the federal funds to the general fund for shenanigans and Brownsville ISD gets away with everything.
The U.S. Marshals should audit why Brownsville ISD allegedly misuses federal funds most of the time and gets away with it.

There is already an FBI office in Brownsville, they haven't done sh1T, and the FBI has been useless when it comes to arresting BISD crooks.
Did the marshall go back to Special Service to pick up the crook today. I bet he/she didn't show up and will turn in his/her resignation immediately.

The FBI can't touch Rene Oliveira, he is untouchable why do you think that they gave him a pass with the Armando Villalobos case. He was using a pack of pampers a day during the trial, now he is untouchable again.
