Q & A: BISD BOARD SHUFFLE

Elizondo, the embattled former Brownsville fire chief, has become the president of the Brownsville Independent School District Board of Trustees by virtue of former board president Cesar Lopez stepping down from the position.

How did the bully Elizondo ever become president?

In a letter to other board members, Lopez announced in early July that he had decided to step down from the leadership position. Under board policy Elizondo, who was then serving as board vice president, became president.

What a disgrace! What else do you have for me?

Both men were elected to the board in 2014 and said they plan to run for re-election in November.
Lopez was appointed to the board in 2013 and elected to his seat in 2014. In 2013 he had no children. Today he has two infant sons. The older, Cesar Adrian, had his fourth birthday Monday. The younger, Mateo, is 1 1/2.

What was Lopez's statement for resigning? He didn't mentioned that he was compromised beacause he is a member of the Buy Board which allows him and his blackguards to approve million-dollar contracts without having to endure the hassle of the bidding process?

"'Obviously that takes up a lot of my time,' he said of the responsibilities of being a father. 'These are very exciting times for us.'"

Have we previously elected a school board president that the Cameron County District Attorney's Office was vigorously trying to prove was nothing more than a common criminal? What is the latest on his legal problems?

Elizondo is facing charges of theft by a public servant and misapplication of fiduciary property stemming from allegations he stole $8,000 from the Brownsville Firefighters Association through improper ATM withdrawals while he was association president.

Image result for carlos elizondoAren't there more charges regarding this derelict?

Also, a Cameron County grand jury in early July indicted Elizondo on 11 counts of computer security breach on allegations he illegally accessed the Emergency Reporting System for the Brownsville Fire Department without the city’s consent. He has not been arraigned on those charges.

And what does this arrogant politico have to say about his situation that completely undermines his ability to be a role model to our children?

"'I’m innocent until proven guilty,' Elizondo said of the charges. 'My situation with the courts is completely another matter. I believe in the system.'"

This goes to show that in Cameron County, if you're not indicted, or charged or a felon you can not run for public office. No shit. Common law abiding citizens are not qualified.

Thi
s is a total disgrace!
Elizondo you are so pathetic! Whether your arrests, indictments and charges of THEFT are a different matter doesn't take away the fact that you are a loser and embarrassment to our community and our school district! If you had any integrity which you don't you would step out until all is cleared.
Your message to our students is it's okay to be a criminal as long as you don't get caught!
You and Cesar are the lowest of the lowest piece of shots and scumbag s of the earth! Hope you both rot in jail or prison!

The BISD is nothing more than a CRIMINAL Enterprise, it is more than appropriate to have the biggest CRIMINAL in town as it's Leader.

It's so amusing when I hear people whinning about the BISD, BRING IN THE TEXAS RANGERS, BRING IN TEA.

Long story short, TEA is only brought in to manage a School District unless it is invited by the School Board.

What means is that TEA in generel assumes that most districts have the intelligence to elect well meaning, honest public servants.

Not so in Brownsville, where you can buy a vote with a brick of cheese.

Brick cheese is long gone pendejo/a the modern thingy is plastic with a fancy name LS. VIVA LA POBRESA VIVA EL HILLBILLY...

Velveeta ring a bell Mijo.
Be that as it may, you missed the metaphor as usual.

Both metaphors and similes are literary devices used for figurative comparison. A simile is a figurative comparison between two things using "like" or "as". ... A metaphor is also a figurative comparison between two things, but does not use "like" or "as"; the comparison is implied.

Could it be an idiom?
Idioms are a unique way to get your point across.

The following are considered real Brick cheese: Mild Brick, Aged Brick, Garlic, Smoked Brick, Caraway Brick and there are others.

According to Kraft, Velveeta — shocker — it’s not real cheese nor a brick cheese!!

Ay mijita looks like you missed your point on every point (guess what figure of speech I just used).
Mijita I can assure you next time I go vote I will insist on getting my "brick cheese" but I prefer Smoked Brick NOT velveeta.

Be as it may we both agree on the topic at hand...

Mr Elizondo needs mental help not only is he a narsacist, people pump his ego when he is in charge of a group of people, he needs to lead people and glorify his ego, he needs to be locked up in a mental hospital then maximum security prison along with Daddy Coach joe and Mama Zendejas, so much for his campaign slogan “ a happy teacher is a happy class room” or how about one of his classics, “ You mean a lot to me” or he compares him self to “ a product of BISD” more like a collapsing empire, Mr Elizondo you steal from the special ed to give to Daddy Joe. Call yourself Carlos Hood and your bitter clowns.
