All politicians lie. The make promises to get votes, knowing that they can't keep their promises. The make promises to each voting group based on that groups issues...knowing they can't keep those promises. The make promises to us as individuals, knowing that they will not and cannot keep those promises. The make promises to their Party to get support, knowing that Party interests may not coincide with constituent interests. Lies, lies, lies...regardless of Party. All politicians at every level are liars. What's new????

Why do we worry about what is going on in D.C. and ignore the corruption here in Cameron County. Our judicial system is corrupt, we have people who make money manipulating the electoral system here, we ignore local problems but are "all knowing" about what is going on, or not going on in D.C.

DC is not as corrupt as Brownsville, this is where they send the Fed's to retire, as they don't have to do anything about the the corruption of the Bent Justice system with their crooked Lawyer's who are on drugs and go to court drunk, there is nothing the Fed's can do but go with the flow, this doesn't happen in DC.
