Looks like work crews today, lots of men and little work being done.
Some things never change in Brownsville.

I am sure that relatives of some of the street workers in the picture don't appreciate the crappy comments made by some bloggers. Pictures of Old Brownsville, especially Charro Days, are very endearing to many of us Seniors because it was and still is part of our culture in Brownsville and we should all respect it.
I can smell the burgers cooking at the Palm Lounge.
