Start thinking about how much money you are going to have to dish out to pay her off. She will get the same money that she would be getting if she were still on the job running around all over the place and doing things for our children that no other superintendent has ever done. You three ladies better keep in mind that what goes around comes around! Oh, and by the way, why don't you three get current pictures of yourself. They should arrest you for fraud for positing pictures that certainly don't look like you. Sylvia is OKing Minerva for president because Minnie Winnie does not do anything without the approval and gratification of her crony. Just watch every move she makes has to be agreeable to SA. What happened to Drue? Will she be the secretary?
Oh, my gush! Now the meetings will last until 6 in the morning with Minerva as Pres. Once she opens her mouth she doesn'nt shut up. I wonder if she's got a black bruise on her chest from all the sacralitious banging of her chest and purple lips from all the kissy, kissy, she throws out to everyone. Talk about people being fake. Run the show by following state rules and regulations and not just what SA tells you to do. That is what she will have to work.
Juan, please investigate why it is necessary to have 4 permanently reserve parking spaces at the main office for board members? A quorum is when 4 board member are at a place together and they have not announced it. 4 board members? At the same place? At the same time?
They do so much micromanagement at the main office and so it makes me wonder how Alkinson is out of her job at all hours of the day? Does she call in sick to her comadre Adela. It would be nice to check her absences reports at TSC. Now TSC will have two absentees from work when they must attend BISD board meeting. Oh, what about conflict of interest when an agenda item is related to TSC? Lot of good investigating and writing about for you to tackle, Juan. Go at it o le tienes miedo a la Atkinson? Ponte los pantalones!

First of all....Welcome new leaders...please ensure our money is invested in our children and purchasing rules are followed and conflicts of interest addressed.
As for the parking spaces...were they added today? or was it ok when the men ran the show only? So it's women that can't have them?
As a hardworking tax payer, with a kid in the district, I'm so glad these folks are now leading the board....back to focusing on the students. As for meetings lasting till all ours of the morning...provide the back up information ahead of time and that won't be needed.
As for the Dr Z...I don't really care-----As long as my kids teachers aren't moved....
It doesn't matter who or when the parking spaces were installed for the board members. It has been there for some time and a lot of people have to drive around in circles looking for spots to park at peak times and those 4 spaces are there empty. And, yes, I agree that it should be good with new leaders, but we will have to wait and see just what good they intend to do. Show us what your focus is and maybe there would be more support but we have been burned so many times before with the same personal vendettas and gains, that it makes us wonder. As for agenda back up, yes, that is true and some times the back up information is not there, so why doesn't the board member read the agenda before they get there and ask for the backup they want the 4 days they have to do so. Then some do but they then still ask the question that has already been answered. Their executive sessions are the ones that are ridiculous because it must be their personal needs that are not being met and they get into it as they much of plates of food in the back room. So, in each scenario, there are two sides to the story, and what goes on behind closed doors is not for the public to know, so we are left in limbo. That is why I have lost confidence in our elected officials.
Parking spaces??? Don't you teachers have better things to do. Always complaining about "NOTHING". Complain about being OVER paid and getting 3 tres months OFF with pay...
Not the spaces, but the theory and the reasoning, but since you still don't understand the theory about teacher salaries, you will never understand this either.
Cowen or Cohen? Are they one and the same? I mean the Donald's lawyer who is now ready to squeal on his client. Cowen changes his mind depending on which side of the bed his wife kicks him off in the morning. He rambles on and on when he speaks with anyone and doesn't make sense and he changes his mind from one point to another. Now he is surrounded by those who will convince him how to vote. Pobre vato, spend time with your wife and child and forget being a board member from the 1980's.
Why so protective of your salaries do you bozos have something to HIDE? If I were a teacher (thank God I'm NOT) I'd be proud and not insults citizens that make comments, its their right. You people are PUBLIC SERVANTS. Your salaries are pay by OUR taxes oh I guess you don't understand that theory.

Your tenses do not match, and your introductory clauses are not properly punctuated either. Thank God you are not a teacher!
Question for you. When were these 4 bozos appointed as officers for the school board? Did they have a special-called board meeting that was not posted as required. If Minerva was president already, why was Laura Perez Reyes not appointed as has been a precedent where those with most experience on the board are selected. She was there before any of these idiots and she has shown the public that she votes her conscience and not what is dictated to her. Sylvia does not want to make it too obvious, so she backed Minerva, because she knows Minerva asks her for permission to breathe. Minerva will only be her puppet and if you don't believe this, start going to the board meetings or watching them on KBSD. Also, Laura has more experience than the one they put in there they call La Prisci! Is that her real name or it Porfiria or Persiliana?

Please google blogs and you will find out they are informal and mostly do not follow any formal writings rules. The gest is only to make your point or get your idea across regardless of rules of writing. I assume you are referring to blogger at 3:29 there is no blogger at 3:39. Que pendeja/o!!!
BISD needs to improve their methods on how to certified and improve the requirements of how to hire PROFESSIONAL AND "QUALIFIED" TEACHERS.
Local citizens NOW know how "INCOMPETENT" some teachers are.
If YOU are a teacher then any street sweeper (not mechanical) can be a teacher.
I am just glad that now we have a choice of where we can sent our children to be "REALLY" educated.
Teach in a classroom do not teacher local bloggers if you are not familiar or informed on the rules of blogging - P E N D E J A/O!!!!
