Nothing like great nepotism in the Cameron county. She is judge, her husband is judge and Sofia Benavides is her mother. Sofia Benavides is also commissioner, all in one pot of great political nepotism. The question is "if the grandmother in politics also"?

Congratulations Judge M. Sorola. Fair and Just Judges are hard to find. Glad you are continuing ethical choices like your family. Other Judges, whom no longer preside, that have tarnished own careers by favorable rulings and unethical behaviors are left behind in shame. Your years of service are superior in fairness and justice which are evident.
