Juan do you really think Arturo Trevino was going to pay to clean up? hahaha. Good one. He is from Matamoros the more grease and dirt on the brick makes him feel right at home. Destroy what isn't yours is his motto. Why pay when you could use the tax payers money from Brownsville, TX then after trash us because the place sucks for lack of A/C and in doors facility. That is why MAA association isn't getting the Brownsville,TX Event center for free anymore for Taste of La Frontera because they destroy the rugs and refuse to pay for replacing the tables and chairs that are also destroyed during the event. Arturo and the MAA association makes stupid money from these events and take the money and run. They don't care. As a matter of fact the very next day Arturo was on Facebook promoting Herorica Matamoros with left over Avocados we paid for. He turned around used the proceeds from the Gringo de Mayo event and use all the leftover food, drinks and produce including the avocados to do the event in Matamoros,MX.

I saw this today. It is worse than the pictures. FUCK That organization. And the Bozo chick that is in charge of the city downtown group are complete idiots for letting this happen. The citizens of Brownsville spent way to much money for this to happen. Get it cleaned up now with the un reported money these event producer scam artist put in their pockets .

I'm all for Downtown events, but lets keep it clean, and beautiful. City should inspect the property before they lend, or lease it, and make sure it is the same way when the festivities are over. Make the organizers liable. At least give it a o power spray wash, or something!
