WHEN IT RAINS...:BAD START TO A RAINY AFTERNOON
(Ed.'s Note: We feel sorry for the poor guy in the van whose front left wheel and/or suspension buckled smack in the middle of traffic at the corner of 13th and Adams, right in front of the cursed Casa del Nylon. The breakdown gave the homeless taking shelter under the awnings some entertainment. But the accident will cost the driver a pretty penny as the tow truck awaits its chance to haul it to its impound yard. He could easily pay anywhere from $250 to $400 for the towing and storage and additional traffic charges if he has no license or insurance. Not a good day.)

reminds me of the guy that made it past customs with marijuana in tires only to have a blow out on elizabeth and international! brownsville herald had a great pic on front page back then
So what are you saying? Brownsville is a tire full of illegals and ice can't do shit
