It makes sense to me if it was the Raygun era that opened the floodgates to allow refugees from Central American countries enter into the United States and create an enormous supply of cheap laborers which over time has shrunk the middle class and increased poverty in communities throughout the country. Every administration since the 1980s failed to address the problem and now we are having to deal with it. The USA, by interfering with unstable governments in Central America, bought this upon us. Trump's wall will never be built and if it is it wont fix the problem.
