Well, it seems that A&M/TSTC have pulled the plug on their wilingness to provide workforce training at the Port. That leaves not ready for prime time TSC with the whole enchilada. The Port will suffer and will the workers, and all the people of Cameron County. TSC got what it wanted, not let them choke on their victory.
