(Ed.'s Note: People in the oil refinery city of Madero, in Tamaulipas, Mexico, are still buzzing about the mysterious circle of that hovered over a Pemex installation Saturday, October 12. Numerous people took pictures of the as-of-yet unexplained circle of lights that glided over the refinery.
This is not the first time that sightings have occurred.
Since October 22, 2008 to date there have been numerous UFO sighting reports emerging from the state of Tamaulipas. The most significant of these are the ones recorded in Ciudad Madero, Tampico and Rio Bravo. The state's Direccion de Proteccion Civil (Civil Defense) has received phone calls from witnesses that are now exceed 50 reports.
Compare the sightings in Madero on Saturday with those reported over Houston by CNN in 2014.
Kind of freaky, huh? At the time of the Houston sightings - which by the way, is also a refinery city - no one could explain the circle of lights. The same is happening now in Madero. Food for thought.)
