ADOBBATI UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY: NO EXPENDITURES

(Ed.'s Note: Some of our readers have questioned out figures regarding the campaign finance reports of the judicial candidates for the 138th and 404th Judicial District courts. They say that Rancho Viejo municipal judge Ricardo Adobbati's report to the Texas Ethics Commission of $0 expenditures from July 2019 to January 2020 could not possibly be correct. They have commented that since his opponent Associate District Judge Louis Sorola advertises in this blog, it might possibly be fake. See for yourselves.

Above is a screen shot from his report to the TEC. Also notice that the candidate signed electronically under the warning that "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the accompanying report is true and correct and includes all information required to be responded by me under Title 15, Elections Code.")
